Discussing the impact of occupational stressors, such as: staffing mistrust, low tolerances for change, high contract labor percentage, the reality of PTSD, and the impact these issues have on healthcare professionals and their organizations. Furthermore, we will address strategic trends, such as the evolution of the gig economy within healthcare, and what that may mean to healthcare operations and patient/consumer satisfaction going forward.
