Jennifer Strahan

Jennifer Strahan, VP of Operations

Jennifer Strahan joined ABOUT in 2022 as Vice President of Professional Services, to draw upon her fifteen years of healthcare operational expertise in delivering transformative results. She has a talent for building and optimizing client facing teams that deliver on-time/on-budget implementations, provide 24x7x365 client support, and best practice-based clinical operations.  

Before joining ABOUT, Jennifer led various operational leadership roles at Wellstar Health System and Vizient where she built and optimized value delivery across healthcare solutions and services. She most recently served as Assistant Professor at Georgia State University and as Chief Operations Officer of SOAR Vision Group for the previous four years. Jennifer earned her doctorate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and master’s degree from Dartmouth College; she holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a Fellow with American College of Healthcare Executives.
